How Many Marks Are Required to Clear JEE Mains? – The expected marks required to clear JEE Mains are 90 for general category candidates, 80 for EWS, 76 for OBC – NCL, and 57 & 46 for SC & ST category candidates respectively. 

The JEE Mains Qualifying Marks 2025 is the minimum marks that candidates must secure in JEE Main in order to pass the exam.

There are several factors based on which the National Testing Agency (NTA) estimates JEE Main 2025 Passing Marks for students who take JEE Main Exam. Candidates can visit the official website of JEE Main i.e. jeemain.nta.ac.in and check their JEE Mains 2025 Qualifying Marks. But they can do so only after the release of JEE Mains 2025 Result. They can check it at the official website of NTA as well i.e. nta.nic.in.

Along with the JEE Main Passing Marks 2025, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will also set the JEE Main Cutoff at the official website. Candidates must understand that the JEE Mains Cutoff varies every year and the cutoff of the JEE Main Exam is divided into two categories namely JEE Main Qualifying Cutoff and JEE Main Admission Cutoff.

After passing the JEE Main 2025 Exam, top 2,50,000 candidates will be considered eligible to take JEE Advanced 2025 Exam. The raw scores of the JEE Main Exam aspirants will be released online and the JEE Main Percentile will determine the JEE Advanced cutoff.
