Culinary Academy of India (CAI) is a pioneer in professional training school in culinary arts in India. It began its establishment in 1996 in Hyderabad. It is affiliated to the Osmania University and AP State Board of Higher Education. In 2019, it recorded its name in Guiness Book of Record for Largest Display of Breads and Cakes. It also holds four world records, World Record for Longest Cold Meat Platter, World Record for Tallest Cupcake Christmas Tree, World Record for the Highest Number of International Breads.
