Ganga Institute of Technology & Management Details

GITAM has been established by Pawan Ganga Educational Society, with a pivotal aim to take quality education to the door steps of far furlong rural and urban masses of the country. GITAM is an institute duly approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and Affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU, Rohtak Graded A+ by NAAC) & Haryana State Board of Technical Education (HSBTE, Panchkula) . GITAM is also Recognized under Section 2(f) of UGC Act , 1956. GITAM has been treading the path of rapid development as per a neatly charted action plan since its inception in 2008. The same is reflected in our results and placements. 725 students are University Rankers in 2019-20 Exams out of which 30 students secured 1st Position in the University. 15 students of GITAM received Gold Medals in MDU Convocation. 300+ companies visited the campus for the Placement Drive. GITAM is Ranked 65th across India and 15th in North India  by Times Engineering Institute Ranking Survey 2022 by Times of India.

Ganga Institute of Technology and Management accepts Online applications where the candidates can easily login and register on the official website of GITAM. The Institute offers nearly 9 courses at the UG and PG level across the streams of Management, Engineering and IT. 

- For admissions in B.Tech, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

- For admissions in M.Tech, candidates must have a B.E./ B.Tech degree in the relevant field with minimum aggregate marks of 50% .

- For admissions in BBA and BCA courses, the candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board with minimum aggregate marks of 45%.

- For admission in MBA course, the candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, whereas MCA requires a Bachelor’s degree along with Mathematics as one of the subjects at the 10+2 level.

- The selection process is both on merit as well as entrance based.
