IMS Engineering College Placement Process
- IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad’s placement cell approaches various recruiters through email and provides them with the necessary paperwork, such as the Placement Brochure, as well as an invitation letter for the recruiting procedure.
- Recruiters participating in a placement drive express interest and accept the college’s invitation.
- Candidates who wish to participate in the recruiting campaign must apply for the position and present the necessary documentation.
- Firms who come to the institution for a placement drive will also come the same day or the day before for a briefing about their organization and the responsibilities that will be provided. This briefing is also required for students to grasp the policies and resolve the issues.
- Students must apply for a variety of selection exams, group meetings, professional interviews, and HR interviews in order to be considered for final placement.
- Finally, applicants who pass all examinations, including group discussions (GD) and personal interviews (PI), are chosen and given positions.

Good for course and semester examination scoring but worst for the rest. 1/5
PROS # Highly sophisticated sports culture and supports(Specifically "Chakrvyuh" in which more than 100 teams across the country compete in more than 50 games.) # Frequent cultural programs and so are the opportunities. # Faculties are really very much dedicated to get you score high in sessionals and semester examinations. # Long vacations at the end of every semester (>1 month) # Good hostel campus(with gym) Cons- # No research # Highest package (on campus)-3.5 LPA # No programming culture # A number of unqualified faculties (or having pretty low knowledge) # Too much harassment on students on the basis of attendance. # Poor infrastructure # Very Costly hostel and other amenities

The college is nice place to study. The Placement is fine. 70% students are placed through campus placement. The highest salary is 7 Lpa. The lowest salary is 2 Lacs per annum. Average salary is 3.5 Lacs per annum. Companies visited are TCS, Sopra Steria, Sarvosys Solution, Red Carpet, Ramy Infotech Delhi, QA Infotech, Pole Star, Nucleus Software, NTT Data, Mobilizeon, India Mart, GrapeCity, Foresight Group, Bhilwara InfoTechnology Limited, APPZQUAD, App Inventive, Algoworks, Acxiom Consulting.Infrastructure and facilities are good.

IMSEC is an engineering and management college located in Ghaziabad and The college is affiliated to Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and as far as the fee is a concern then 1st year fee is Rs 1.27 lac PA approx and the 2nd year course fee is Rs 1.15 lac PA which has now increased but I am not aware how much and that is what I want to say about this college.

College has good infrastructure, proper facilities are provided to each student. Placement i also good for all the branch of engineering. Mostly computer science and IT have good placement. Hostels are really nice with good food. Lot of extra curricular activities are also conducted here.

Affiliated with UPTU, IMS Ghaziabad is a good college to pursue BTech. Admission is through JEE Mains. Infrastructure is great but the canteens are not good. Some good placements are also offered.

Nice college 4/5
Some of the pros of the college: The infrastructure pretty good. Hostel rooms are quite good and clean. Sports facilities are good Classrooms are air-conditioned. Crowd is good.

The average package one get is around 3LPA,some of the branches like computer science and information technology have good placement. Other branches have comparatively low placement but around 85%.

The college has a good infrastructure. Discipline is followed here. There are two canteens in IMS, a big library for students which has lot of books. All the faculty are excellent.
