Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication also known as SIMC Pune follows a set of admission criteria while admitting students in the institution. The steps of admission are mentioned below -
- Candidates who are willing to take admission in SIMC must first register themselves by visiting the official website of the institution.
- The application form will have four tabs titled Programme and Personal details, Family Details, Educational Details, and Experience Details under which candidates must fill their credentials carefully.
- Candidates are then required to make the payment of the application fee which is INR 1950.
- Candidates should now appear for the online entrance test conducted by SIMC for MA (MC) programme.
- Once this entrance exam is cleared, it is mandatory for candidates to appear for GE-PIWAT.
- Now, the selected candidates will be granted admission in Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication.
About GE-PIWAT
GE-PIWAT is a three step process that students must follow if the wish to take admission in Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication. These three steps include -
- Group Exercise to check candidate’s innovation and creativity in problem solving ,team skills, time management etc
- Personal Interaction to assess candidates on parameters such as interpersonal skills, communication skills, academic proficiency. course fitment etc.
