WBJEE 2025 Application Procedure - Direct Link, Dates, Fees, Steps to Apply

WBJEE 2025 Registration began on 22nd January 2025. The examination conducting body has released the WBJEE 2025 Application Form on the official website - wbjeeb.nic.in. The last date to apply for WBJEE 2025 Exam was set for 23rd February. WBJEE Exam 2025 will be conducted on April 27, 2025. They have to enter the personal, academic, and contact details while filling the WBJEE Application Form 2025. They must also pay WBJEE 2025 Application Fees to complete the registration process. The fee payment can be done in online mode only i.e. through net banking/debit card/credit card.

Before filling the WBJEE Application Form, candidates must check the WBJEE Eligibility Criteria 2025. In case candidates make any mistakes while filling the application form in their duly filled application form, they can correct those mistakes in when the WBJEE 2025 Application Form Correction window opens. WBJEE Application Form 2025 Release Date

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board declared the WBJEE 2025 Registration dates in January 2025 on the official website wbjeeb.nic.in. Interested candidates could fill and submit the WBJEE 2025 Application Form only within the specified registration dates released by the examination conducting body. How to Fill WBJEE 2025 Application Form?

The WBJEE Application Form 2025 was made available online on the official website - wbjeeb.nic.in. on 22nd January 2025. Interested candidates were able to register themselves for WBJEE 2025 Exam by filling out the WBJEE Application Form before the final date of registration. The last date to apply for the exam was 23rd February. The WBJEE application form correction window was opened from 25th to 27th February. Step 1 - WBJEE Registration

The first step is to register for the WBJEE 2025 Exam. The candidates can use the direct WBJEE 2025 Registration link and complete the registration process using the following steps.

• Visit the WBJEE 2025 official website - wbjeeb.nic.in.
• Navigate to and click on ‘New Candidate Registration'.
• Enter the details such as Name, DOB, Email ID, Mobile Number, etc. The details entered should be correct and reviewed before submitting the form.
• Create a password and security question with the answer.
• Preview the details submitted at the time of WBJEE Registration and then click on ‘Submit'.
• After the successful submission of WBJEE 2025 Registration Form, candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number.
• Candidates will have to verify the OTP to complete the WBJEE Registration Process.
• Once the WBJEE Registration is done, candidates will receive an application number and password on their registered mobile number and email id.

In case the student has opted for a new registration, they will be redirected to a terms and conditions page. Once the applicant clicks on I agree, they will be redirected to the following page.

OTP Verification Process

The candidates when they register, will receive two OTPs - one on the registered mobile number and other on the registered email ID. The candidates must enter both the OTPs along with a security PIN and click on the ‘Verify and Final Submit’ option.

Step 2 - Filling Out the WBJEE Application Form

After the successful WBJEE Registration, candidates will have to proceed to fill the WBJEE Application Form. They will have to log in to the WBJEE Candidate Portal using the application number and password sent to them on their registered email ID and mobile number. The application form will have several spaces, candidates will have to fill these spaces with correct details. They must also choose 3 preferred exam cities as the WBJEE Exam Centre.

Once the students have registered themselves, they can fill the form by entering the below details, and in case they wish to check their WBJEE Application Form Status, or the Fee Payment Status, they can simply login to their account by entering the following details.

Step 3 - Uploading of Scanned Documents

After entering the required details in the application form, candidates will have to upload the scanned copies of their passport sized photograph and signature. These documents are to be uploaded as per the given specifications. In case the documents are not uploaded as per the required specifications, it will not be accepted.

Step 4 - Payment of WBJEE 2025 Application Fee

To complete the registration process, the last step is to pay the application fee of the WBJEE 2025 Exam. The fee can only be paid in online mode i.e. through net banking/credit card/debit card. No offline payment mode will be accepted.

In case candidates fail to make the payment of application fee before the due date, then they will not be allowed to sit in the exam. They must also preserve the online receipt as it will be needed during the WBJEE 2025 Admission Process.

Step 5 - Download the Confirmation Page

After the completion of WBJEE Registration Process, a confirmation page will be generated and displayed on the screen. Candidates are advised to download the same and take a printout of it. Once the form is completed, the students will find an option to download their WBJEE Application Form or print it out in the end of the form. There is a list of documents required by candidates while filling the WBJEE Application Form. They will have to use these documents to either fill the details or upload them. The documents must be uploaded in the specified size and format. Below mentioned are the documents that candidates require for filling the WBJEE Application Form:

The examination conducting body conducts the WBJEE 2025 Application Correction process online at wbjeeb.nic.in. During this facility, candidates are able to make corrections or changes in their duly filled and already submitted application form. They can click on the WBJEE 2025 application correction window login and enter their login id and password to proceed.

How to Correct Details in WBJEE Application Form?

Once the application correction window has been made live, candidates can refer to the steps mentioned below to change the details:

• Visit the official website - wbjeeb.nic.in.
• Navigate to and click on the ‘WBJEE 2025 Form Correction' tab.
• Enter your WBJEE 2025 Application Number, password, and security pin.
• Click on ‘Sign In' button.
• Check if all the details are correct now.
• Check if the details entered are correct.
• Submit the corrected application form.

How to Recover WBJEE 2025 Application Number?

In case, candidates have forgotten their WBJEE 2025 application number and password, they can receive the application number as well as password. Follow the steps to recover the WBJEE Application Number:

• Visit the official website of WBJEE - wbjeeb.nic.in.
• Click on the ‘WBJEE Application Link’.
• Click on ‘Forgot Application Number’.
• Enter your name, father’s name, mother’s name, DOB, and gender.
• Click on ‘Submit’ button.
• The screen will display the WBJEE application number.

How to Recover the WBJEE 2025 Password?

In case the candidates have forgotten their password to log in, they can recover the same by using the steps given below:

• Visit the official website of WBJEE - wbjeeb.nic.in.
• Click on the ‘WBJEE Application Link’.
• Click on ‘Forgot Password’.
• Candidates can choose how they wish to retrieve their password - using an OTP via SMS or using a password reset link on registered email ID.
• Click on ‘Submit’.

WBJEE Admit Card 2025

WBJEE Admit Card will be released only after the successful completion of WBJEE Registration. Candidates who have completed the registration and made the payment of WBJEE exam fees will be able to download their WBJEE 2025 admit card. They will have to enter their application number and password to download the hall ticket. The admit card consists of all the exam day related details such as exam date, exam timing, exam centre, guidelines, etc. Candidates must note that it is an important document that they must carry to the examination hall. Along with the WBJEE Admit Card, they must also bring along one valid photo ID proof. Without these two docs, they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
