About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Think first, then build: break problems into steps; choose a simple path with trade-offs noted.
2. Use AI IDEs well: draft with Cursor/Cline; you review, run, and fix the code.
3. Core skills: basic Python/JS, Git, CLI; open small PRs and respond to review.
4. Deliver small wins: ship a tiny multi-agent workflow or simple API/RAG piece within 1–2 weeks.
5. Test & docs: add a basic test (pytest/Playwright), a README, and a short demo (60–90s).
6. Quality habits: no secrets in code; use env vars; only sample/redacted data in demos.
7. Communication: brief weekly updates (goals → progress → blockers); async-friendly; overlap when needed with US/EU/UK clients.
8. Learn company technologies and methodologies.
9. Complete assigned tasks under supervision.
10. Contribute to non-critical features and bug fixes.
11. Participate in code reviews as an observer.
