About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
2. Managing communication between the client and the organization via calls and mails.
3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
4. Gathering feedback from clients to improve services and overall customer experience.
5. Coordinating with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
6. Maintaining project sheets and data.
