Role Summary
We seek a multifunctional professional who can combine executive/legal support with DevOps & AI-driven infrastructure management. This role supports the founder in day-to-day operations, legal research, partner reporting, and simultaneously ensures the technical backbone (applications, automation, AI, and hosting environments) runs seamlessly.
 
Key Responsibilities
I. Executive & Legal Support
Organize the founder’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics.
Draft essential documents, manage confidential correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Record and draft Minutes of Meeting (MoM): Maintain accurate notes, circulate actionable items, and track follow-ups.
Oversee onboarding and orientation of new hires and interns. team engagement
Manage daily operations: timesheets, milestones, leave records, and performance tracking.
Partner & Client Update Management: Prepare structured progress reports and business updates.
 
III. Infrastructure & DevOps
Set up and manage Dockerized environments, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines.
Optimize deployments on VPS servers, AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
Manage version control workflows with GitHub & GitLab.
IV. Application Hosting & Maintenance
Deploy and maintain Next.js (frontend), Node/Express (backend), and Electron (desktop apps).
Ensure scalability, uptime, and performance monitoring.
Automate recurring tasks with n8n and orchestration tools.
V. AI & Automation Integration
Build and deploy agentic AI pipelines for legal-tech and PR-tech applications.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with embeddings and vector DBs.
Support integration of AI APIs into SaaS platforms.
VI. Security, Monitoring & Collaboration
Maintain server security, access control, and backup systems.
Monitor application and infra performance using Grafana, Prometheus.
 
Who You Are
Experienced: Background in executive/legal operations and/or DevOps & infra management.
Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, Next.js, Node/Express, Electron, GitHub/GitLab, AI APIs.
Organized & Reliable: Strong at managing confidential workflows and scalable infra.
Innovator: Excited to experiment with agentic AI and RAG-based AI systems.
Collaborator: Can work across legal, PR, and technical teams effectively.
