About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Client Acquisition
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent business growth.
Develop personalized outreach strategies to convert prospects into clients.
B.Sales & Conversion
Pitch services clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.
Conduct sales meetings, demos, or presentations to showcase company offerings.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals while meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
C.Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements.
Act as the first point of contact for client queries and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize client value.
D. Market Research & Strategy
Research industries, competitors, and potential client segments for new opportunities.
Share client feedback with internal teams to refine services and strategies.
Keep track of market trends and suggest improvements in the sales approach.
E. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM/spreadsheets.
Prepare regular reports on acquisition progress, sales achievements, and targets.
Collaborate with management to plan campaigns and refine sales scripts.
