Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Content Creation & Storytelling
Write articles, blogs, scripts, and brand stories for campaigns.
Create engaging narratives for social media, websites, and digital platforms.
Use ChatGPT and AI tools to brainstorm and optimize content.
2. Brand & Channel Management
Contribute to multi-channel content strategies (social media, PR, internal communication).
Support change management communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure tone, style, and messaging consistency across platforms.
3. Research & Collaboration
Research industry trends, competitor campaigns, and storytelling formats.
Collaborate with designers and PR teams for integrated campaigns.
Provide content input for presentations, pitches, and proposals.
Skills Required
Creative Writing (English)
Change Management Communication
Channel Management
ChatGPT & AI-based Writing Tools
English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
Knowledge of basic coding/Java (preferred, not mandatory)
