Internship Profile: Creative Writing InternOrganization: Women & Child Rights Trust (WCRT – wcrt.in)

About Us
The Women & Child Rights Trust (WCRT) is a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to advancing gender justice, child rights, and workplace equality. We run awareness campaigns, research programs, and advocacy projects with a strong emphasis on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) laws, legal literacy, and empowerment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Advocacy Content & Storytelling
Write blogs, articles, awareness scripts, and social media content on women and child rights.
Draft reports, research summaries, and advocacy materials for campaigns.
Use ChatGPT and AI tools to generate ideas and optimize content impact.
2. Campaign & Channel Management
Contribute to multi-channel outreach (website, newsletters, social media, PR).
Support change management communication for training programs and workshops.
Ensure messaging reflects social impact and inclusivity.
3. Research & Collaboration
Conduct background research on laws, policies, and international rights frameworks.
Collaborate with legal experts, trainers, and advocacy teams.
Provide creative support for presentations, awareness PPTs, videos, and graphics.

Creative Writing (English)
Report Writing & Advocacy Drafting
Change Management Communication
Channel Management (social media/PR/awareness)
ChatGPT & AI tools for content generation
English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
Hindi Proficiency (Preferred, for campaigns)
Knowledge of basic coding/Java (added advantage, not mandatory)
