About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about villas, availability, and pricing.
2. Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to confirm bookings and ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs.
3. Maintain booking records, guest details, and payment updates in the system or Excel sheets.
4. Communicate professionally with guests over WhatsApp, calls, and email regarding booking confirmation, property details, and policies.
5. Assist in managing online listings and responding to booking requests from platforms.
6. Follow up with leads generated from ads and social media to convert them into confirmed bookings.
7. Resolve customer queries promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
8. Support the team in preparing daily booking reports and status updates.
9. Coordinate with villa owners or caretakers for guest requirements and special requests.
10. Contribute ideas to improve the overall booking process and guest experience.
