About the Internship
About the Role:This isn’t a typical internship. You’ll be working directly with the Founder and get exposure across multiple functions – HR, Accounts, Sales, Social Media, Excel/Reporting, Vendor Platforms (like IndiaMart), and on-ground event assistance. If you’re someone who wants to learn end-to-end how a startup runs and grow fast, this is for you.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle HR-related tasks (shortlisting, coordination, onboarding support).
2. Assist in Accounts-related work and maintain records.
3. Use Excel extensively for reporting, analysis, and data management.
4. Manage and update IndiaMart and other online platforms.
5. Support and supervise daily operational tasks.
6. Assist Founder in events, meetings, and day-to-day activities.
7. Contribute to sales and marketing activities including social media support.
8. Be proactive, available, and ready to take ownership of multiple tasks.
What We’re Looking For
1. 1000% dedication and willingness to learn fast.
2. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking.
4. Someone who doesn’t say “that’s not my job” – you’ll wear many hats.
5. Good communication skills for sales and social media handling.
6. Hunger to grow in a startup environment where every day looks different.
Note: This is a high-exposure internship with the Founder’s Office. Based on performance, we may offer a permanent role after the internship or extend the internship further.
