About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Strategic Outreach & Partnerships: Identify and engage with potential partners, collaborators, and stakeholders to expand Ekayan’s network and impact.
2. Program Implementation & Coordination: Work with existing partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of educational initiatives and ongoing projects.
3. Operational & Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day organizational operations and take ownership of tasks that support Ekayan’s growth and efficiency.
4. Intern & Team Management: Support in hiring, onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking of interns. Facilitate effective communication between the founder, management team, and various project leads.
