Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Provide tailored guidance to professionals in managing their job applications, enhancing LinkedIn profiles, and improving interview readiness to ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
2. Analyze labor market trends, industry shifts, and employer requirements to provide strategic input that supports both talent development and internal HR planning.
