About the Internship
As a HR & Marketing Associate Intern at Lotus Communication, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in management and social media marketing.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
2. Update candidate details and maintain accurate status (interested, not interested, follow-up).
3. Lead Generation: Research potential clients across different industries and prepare lead lists.
4. Call or email clients to introduce our product/services and generate interest.
5. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
6. As a Marketing associates, you will be required to call clients on a daily basis and convince them to purchase our product or service.
7. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports of leads contacted and outcomes.
