About the Internship
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Do you have a knack for communication and a strong understanding of HR practices? She Can Foundation is seeking a dynamic HR intern with excellent English proficiency to join our team and help us empower women and girls in need.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team in onboarding new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and updating employee records.
3. Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and assist in resolving conflicts.
4. Help develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement events and initiatives.
6. Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
7. Support HR team in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR databases and preparing reports.
