As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for our organization.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
2. Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in MS-Excel and our applicant tracking system.
5. Assist with other HR duties as needed, such as onboarding and employee relations.
