About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at DIPC Tech Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR including recruitment, operations, and administrative tasks. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel will be put to good use as you assist in various projects and day-to-day tasks. Your strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be an asset as you communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
2. Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing HR-related documents.
3. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and assisting in orientation sessions.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team by preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
6. Help with employee relations initiatives by conducting surveys, collecting feedback, and assisting in resolving employee issues.
7. Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and procedures.
