About the Internship

1. Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
4. Help in organizing and coordinating training and development programs
5. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
6. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
7. Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining HR records and databases
