About the Internship
HR Internship (Work from Home)We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as HR Interns.
Mode: Work from Home
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Duration: 3 months (with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Support HR operations and onboarding activities
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for smooth communication
Contribute to employer branding and HR-related initiatives
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR functions
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Eager to learn and grow in the HR field
Perks:
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
