About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to borrowers for loan recovery and overdue payment follow-ups.
2. Manage assigned commercial vehicle loan accounts and ensure timely repayment updates.
3. Accurately record call outcomes, payment commitments, and remarks in the App.
4. Monitor account performance and maintain consistent borrower communication.
5. Achieve individual collection targets in line with daily and monthly goals.
6. Coordinate internally on case resolutions and repossession requirements when applicable.
7. Follow all process guidelines, compliance standards, and audit protocols.
8. Handle repayment discussions, negotiate feasible plans, and document all actions.
9. Ensure each case is closed with proper documentation and final disposition.
