About the Internship
The marketing intern will play a critical role in supporting the marketing initiatives of Lintex. This position is designed for a fresher with an MBA in marketing who is eager to learn and contribute to the company’s growth. The intern will benchmark their skills against real-world marketing challenges, with opportunities to take on responsibilities in market research, client engagement, and brand promotion.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Market Research:
1. Conducting research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
2. Analyzing data to derive insights that can inform marketing strategies.
B. Client Engagement:
1. Assisting the marketing team in scheduling and coordinating business meetings with top hospitals, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and other relevant sectors.
2. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in targeted industries.
C. Marketing Support:
1. Collaborating in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
2. Aiding in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
D. Field Visits:
1. Participating in field visits to potential clients, showcasing Lintex products and understanding their needs firsthand.
2. Gathering feedback from clients to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
E. Reporting:
1. Preparing regular reports on market trends, client interactions, and campaign effectiveness to present to the marketing team.
2. Using insights to help refine marketing approaches to better meet client needs.
