About the Internship
As an operations and management intern at Aviz Home Healthcare Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations and management functions. You will work closely with our team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assisting in the smooth execution of daily operations across different departments.
2. Preparing, compiling, and analyzing reports on ongoing projects, performance metrics, and operational activities.
3. Helping in managing interns and coordinating with different teams to ensure timely task completion.
4. Supporting HR and management in hiring new candidates by screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
5. Working closely with senior and top management, assisting them in project execution, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
6. Identifying gaps in operational workflows and suggesting practical improvements.
7. Assisting in preparing presentations, agendas, and minutes for meetings with management teams.
8. Acting as a bridge between interns, managers, and senior leadership to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
9. Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
10. Assisting in leadership and team management tasks to drive a positive work culture.
