About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Replying to prospects' questions on WATI chat support.
2. Coordinating with the support team for technical queries.
3. Booking high-quality appointments for the sales team.
4. Helping prospects by answering their queries.
5. Keeping a detailed track of every query that comes to WATI.
6. Redirecting prospects and customers to appropriate channels and providing them with helpful resources.
7. Ensuring that no query remains unanswered and all follow-ups happen at the right time.
8. Building excellent systems and processes in WATI to increase the number of appointments and chats.
