About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make Outbound Calls: Proactively contact potential customers from provided leads or a database to introduce products or services, explain their features and benefits, and generate sales.
2. Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving any concerns or complaints.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through effective telephonic conversations.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
5. Data Management: Accurately record details of all calls, including customer information, conversation summaries, and follow-up actions, in the company's CRM system.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.
7. Follow-ups: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, close sales, or ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from customer interactions to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and other teams to align efforts and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
