What You’ll Do (Under the Mentorship of the Founder) :
- You’ll work closely with the content and social media teams to produce Instagram Reels and branded storytelling videos that align with our visual and emotional tone.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging final videos optimised for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, background music, and sound design that complement the brand’s vibe.
- Understand narrative flow and pacing to craft emotional, relatable storytelling.
- Colour correct, stabilise, and enhance footage for professional visual appeal.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to align content with campaign goals.
- Stay updated on social media video trends, transitions, audio trends, and editing styles that perform well.
- Maintain organised project files and meet deadlines efficiently.

What We’re Looking For :
- A passion for videos.
- Appropriate work done with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Desktop).
- Willingness to learn new skills fast and hence make a mind-blowing portfolio with the brand. 
- Ability to adapt editing styles — from cinematic and emotional storytelling to trendy Reels.
- Basic understanding of aspect ratios, resolutions, and export settings for different platforms.
- Attention to detail, and passion for content/videos/creatives.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Self-starter who is organised, consistent, and eager to learn.
- Ability to commit full-time for 6 months.
