About the Internship
As an editing intern at Ipix Movies, you will play a role in the post-production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality and engaging video content. You will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that aligns with the company's/brand's creative vision. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of storytelling, intent of working hard, technical proficiency in video editing software, and a creative mindset.Position: Video Editing Intern
Location: Andheri West
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in editing short-form and long-form content for branded films, music videos, and digital narratives
2. Work closely with the post-production team to support the editing pipeline
3. Help organize footage, sync audio, and prep projects for senior editors
4. Contribute to visual storytelling and creative ideation
5. Learn and apply brand guidelines and technical specifications
6. Handle file management and maintain project organization
7. Participate in team reviews and accept constructive feedback
8. Work in stock footage management
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
1. Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro is essential
2. Familiarity with After Effects is a plus
3. Strong interest in visual storytelling and editing styles
4. Keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and rhythm
5. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
6. Good communication and time management skills
7. Ability to take feedback positively and work collaboratively
8. Understanding of file formats and basic export settings
