For all programs offered in ODL or online mode for the January 2024 session, the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for "Re-registration" today. July 15 is the new deadline, per the notification. IGNOU's official website, ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in, is where qualified students can apply for the ODL programs. This is an extension of the previously announced June 30 deadline for IGNOU ODL admission 2024 applications.
How to Register for IGNOU ODL Admission 2024?
- Click on the "Register Online" tab on the IGNOU official website.
- From the drop-down menu that appears after clicking the tab, choose "fresh admission."
- You can choose to "login" for candidates who have already registered or "Click Here for New Registration" for those who are applying for the first time when you click this link.
- Re-enter the IGNOU admission portal as the registered applicant to proceed with the next step. Following the "Login" button, the candidate must register and provide personal, program, qualification, and course details.
Documents Required for IGNOU ODL Admission 2024
In order to apply for courses, a candidate must have the following scanned documents:-
- A picture (100 KB or less). Signature (less than 100 KB).
- Scanned copy (less than 200 KB) of the pertinent academic credentials (less than 200 KB)
- Experience Certificate, if applicable (below 200 KB).
- If SC, ST, or OBC, the category certificate (less than 200 KB).
Scanning documents from your originals is required. Candidates can view the Form preview option by clicking the next button after uploading their document. To use later, print or save the form.
Students who were eligible for IGNOU ODL may also apply for Government of India Scholarships through the national scholarship portal, scholarships.gov.in, after receiving admission confirmation.
