Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur Hosts AAGHAAZ 2.0 – A Two-Day Academic Fest with Great Enthusiasm
The inauguration of the 2-day academic fest AAGHAAZ 2.0 was organized on the 1st of September 2024 by the Faculty of Management at Vivekananda Global University in the presence of Mr. Ankit Shah, Senior Director at Leap Pvt. Ltd., and Ms. Kavita Choudhary, Chief Designer at Jaipur Rugs. These guests constantly motivate the students to explore their interests, and strengths, and pursue their passions with dedication.
Er. Onkar Bagaria, CEO of Vivekananda Global University, focused on the need for innovation and contribution along with excitement for students to achieve their goals. He inspired the students to enjoy every moment, grasp every opportunity, and stay encouraged to fulfill their academic goals. He emphasized the importance of applying good management skills in everyday tasks to smoothen daily activities.
The events organized during this fest revolved around various domains of management. Some of the events out of the 20 organized were Ad Mad Show, Brand Race, Blog Vlog Bonanza, Business Quiz, Case Crusaders, Corporate Roadies, Deal Maker Den, Learn-A-Thon, Social Media Savvy, The Bidding Bonanza, and so on. There was a footfall of around 600 participants for these events from prestigious universities including Jaipuria Institute of Management, Manipal University Jaipur, JECRC University, IIHMR, Poornima University, ICFAI, IRM, IIS University, RA Poddar Institute of Management, SS Jain Subodh College, Kanoria College, and many others.
Management Mela was one of the top features of the fest, with 11 stalls managed by students from VGU and other institutes, showcasing creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Along with this, a special appreciation of the fest was the launch of the departmental magazine, “Eternity” which inculcates the innovative ideas and creations of the students. The students generated the sole originality of this magazine.
The reputable Chief Guest for the valedictory ceremony was Ms. Ishita Parakh, Founder & CEO of Udukku.
This student-led academic fest, AAGHAA 2.0 provided an opportunity to learn the various aspects of planning and execution involved in the management sector for the students. The fest was an absolute success showcasing the spirit of teamwork and innovation along with the display of academic excellence.
