In more than a hundred different fields, Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU), Dehradun, offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programs. At the UG level, the flagship courses include B.Tech (CSE), BBA, B.Com (Hons), and BCA; at the PG level, they are MBA, MCA, M.Tech, and M.Sc in various disciplines. Course admission is determined by entrance tests like JEE Main, NEET, MAT, CAT, etc. For the majority of students, admission is determined by the results of their previous qualifying exams.
The university has been known for its academic quality for more over 25 years, and its medical and nursing schools are among the greatest and oldest in Uttarakhand. In addition to partnering with other institutions such as Laurea University in Denmark, Global Health Alliance in the United Kingdom, and Rockstock University in Germany, SRHU offers quality education to its students. The institute encourages students to engage in co-curricular and extracurricular activities for their overall growth.
The university is situated close to Jolly Grant Airport and spans more than 200 acres of lovely, green land. There are around 300 seasoned faculty members at the institute. Following is SRHU admission process:
- Candidates who are willing to take admission in SRHU must first visit the official website and click on Apply Now icon.
- Candidates are then required to register themselves.
- Once registered, candidates must now start filling the application form.
- They are then required to upload their documents and attach required files.
- They will then have to make the payment of registration fees and must click on Submit button.
- Candidates will then receive confirmation of their submitted application.

To those who qualify, SRHU also provides interest-free education loans. Except for medical programs, the university offers financial help and scholarships to students in all programs. SRHU scholarship program has been highlighted below:
