Eligible candidates can apply for the group discussion and personal interview rounds after the XAT 2024 results are released on January 31, 2024, as the exam was administered on January 7, 2024. Candidates can only take part in the GD round if they have applied to XLRI.
What After XAT Results?
After passing the XAT exam, candidates must then pass the group discussion and interview rounds. For the time being, candidates can refer to the expected XAT 2024 Cutoff to better understand the trend. All participating institutes also conduct GD and PI rounds based on the XAT cutoffs for selection.
Apply for XLRI Jamshedpur’s GD/PI Round
After the XAT 2024 results are announced, test takers must assess their chances of being selected for XLRI's GD/PI round by comparing their scores to the minimum cutoff set for admissions. XLRI publishes course-specific XAT cutoffs within two to three days of the XAT results announcement, allowing aspirants to apply for the GD/PI round.

XLRI publishes course-specific XAT cutoffs within two to three days of the XAT results announcement, allowing aspirants to apply for the GD/PI round. In this round, candidates are divided into groups of 8 to 10. The one who outperforms advances to the next round.
Furthermore, the form-filling process for XLRI Jamshedpur is done online. The only requirement is that candidates provide valid login credentials.
Prepare for a Personal Interview (PI)
The Personal Interview, also known as the PI round, assesses a candidate's personality. A group of interviewers will ask questions about the candidate's field of interest, education, and prior experience.
In this round, candidates will also have their aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills evaluated.
