New Update About NEET UG 2023

IIM Lucknow has revised CAT Admit Card 2023 release date. CAT Admit Card will now be released on 7 November 2023 @iimcat.ac.in. The release date of CAT Admit Card was previously set to be 25 October. Candidates will be able to download their respective CAT Admit Cards until the exam day by using their CAT login ID and password. The CAT 2023 Exam will be held on November 26 at approximately 400 test centres across 150 cities. The exam will be divided into three slots and will last two hours. Candidates will be able to take the test at the centre only if they bring a hard copy of their CAT 2023 Admit Card.

NEET 2021 – The official notification of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, widely known as NEET Exam, is expected to be released soon as its conducting body i.e. NTA has decided to announce NEET Exam dates anytime soon now. Since JEE Main 2021 Exam Dates have been announced, students have started anticipating NEET 2021 Exam date to come out. Though there is no official notification or update on NEET Exam Date.

NEET 2021 will be a three-hour test, qualifying which gets students admission into 1248 medical colleges across the country. These colleges consider NEET Score in order to shortlist students for admissions to medical programs offered by them.

The National Testing Agency has not declared officially the exam dates of NEET 2021 Exam. However, there was a meeting held between the Ministry of Education, NTA, and the Health Ministry. The discussion was to figure out a few concerns about conducting of NEET 2021 Exam. There have been various requests received from the students and according to these requests, the education minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ has asked the Health Ministry to examine the situation carefully and reach to the decision of conducting NEET 2021 through online mode. He also asked the ministry and NTA to conduct the exam more than once in the year 2021. The decision is yet to be taken by the officials.

Though the officials of Health Ministry have taken this proposal into their consideration, yet the final decision on the mode along with the periodicity of the examination rests with the National Medical Commission (NMC).

The aspirants of NEET Exam must notice that the National Testing Agency (NTA) is only held responsible to conduct NEET Exam, but the other decisions such as mode of the examination, examination pattern, syllabus, etc. fall under the Ministry pf Health and Family Welfare through NMC which is an independent body. After getting an approval from NMC, the NTA takes over as the conducting body.
