About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Counsel students about IIDE’s digital marketing courses and recommend suitable paths based on their interests and aspirations
2. Communicate with students and parents via phone and in-person to resolve queries and explain course offerings
3. Provide expert career guidance and support students throughout their learning journey
4. Mentor junior counselors and help them enhance their skills and meet individual targets
5. Assist in training new team members to ensure consistent departmental performance
6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to counseling and enrollments
7. Calculate conversion rates and ensure timely follow-ups with leads
8. Use CRM and sales automation tools for report generation, conversion tracking, and performance improvement
9. Manage complex queries, handle escalations, and oversee larger student groups as a senior counselor
Requirements:
1. Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in counseling or sales, preferably in the EdTech sector
2. Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English
3. Exhibit excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
4. Show strong interest and experience in educational counseling and sales with a target-driven mindset
5. Be tech-savvy and familiar with CRM and sales automation tools
6. Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
7. Display leadership potential and readiness to take on advanced responsibilities
8. Have prior experience in EdTech, preferably in a counseling or sales role
9. Hold certifications or demonstrate knowledge in digital marketing or educational counseling
Expected Deliverables / KPIs:
1. Calls: Minimum 60-80 connected calls per day
2. Revenue Targets: Consistent achievement of weekly revenue targets in line with batch requirements
3. Talk Time: 2-3 hours of active talk time per day on average.
Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
