About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and professionals exploring international opportunities
2. Guide students on course selection, university choices, visa processes, and career prospects
3. Assist applicants with university admissions, scholarship applications, and documentation compliance
4. Support students in the visa application process by providing information on visa types, requirements, and procedures
5. Assist in preparing complete visa documentation
6. Provide financial planning guidance including tuition, living expenses, scholarships, and financial aid options
7. Conduct orientation sessions to prepare students for life abroad, covering cultural adaptation, accommodation, and travel
8. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely follow-ups
9. Address client concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly
10. Stay updated on immigration policies, education institutions, and job markets in different countries
11. Provide market-based insights to clients for informed decision-making
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree in counseling, education, international relations, or a related field
2. Possess prior experience in education counseling or a related domain (preferred)
3. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Show strong knowledge of international education systems, visa rules, and admission processes
5. Work independently and collaboratively within a team
6. Communicate effectively in multiple languages (preferred)
7. Exhibit empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students achieve their goals
