About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented accountant to join our team at Bombay Brown. We are a D2C e-commerce business. As an integral member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. If you have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, inventory management, invoice processing, Tally, and MS Excel, then we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for correctly.
3. Manage inventory levels and track movements to support proper stock control.
4. Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
5. Utilize Tally software to input and analyze financial data for decision-making purposes.
6. Utilize MS Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting.
7. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall financial efficiency.
