About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced accountant to join our team at Sohan Plastics. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Tally, accounting principles, MS Excel, and Busy Software.Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime and Busy Software
Manage day-to-day accounting entries: sales, purchases, receipts, payments, credit notes
2. Handle inventory, stock journals, and production (BOM) entries in Tally
3. Prepare and analyze financial reports, sales/purchase registers, and GST returns
4. Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and manage petty cash
5. Support invoice generation, billing, and vendor/customer coordination
6. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial regulations
7. Collaborate with auditors during audits and ensure documentation is accurate
8. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales teams for real-time record-keeping
9. Maintain supporting documentation, reports, and internal MIS
