About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
2. Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities to optimize performance.
3. Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.
4. Handle phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
5. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
6. Create and maintain records and databases for personnel, financial, and other business data.
7. Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
8. Prepare and submit timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
9. Assist colleagues whenever necessary to maintain smooth operations.
10. Manage partnerships and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
