About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job descriptions, scheduling, and screening
2. Coordinate with department heads on hiring and team structuring
3. Help nurture a positive and high-performance work culture
4. Maintain founder schedules and coordinate travel, events, and internal meetings
5. Ensure smooth day-to-day studio administration
6. Help document internal processes and track team deliverables
7. Align calendars and schedule and prepare for business development meetings
8. Assist with proposal preparation, pitch decks, and follow-ups
9. Attend key meetings to take notes, track actionables, and ensure timely execution
10. Be the sounding board and right hand for the founders
11. Step in wherever needed such as idea execution, campaign planning, or team coordination
