Key responsibilities:A. Lead management:
1. Filter and qualify incoming leads based on intent and interest
2. Nurture leads through timely follow-ups on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels
B. Client communication:
1. Send reminders to clients for regular updates and check-ins
2. Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all conversations
C. Team coordination:
1. Stay updated on client progress by working closely with the internal team
2. Assist in tracking tasks and ensuring timely support
D. Social media engagement:
1. Respond promptly to Instagram DMs and inquiries
2. Follow up with potential leads and guide them through the onboarding process
