Aegis Graham Bell Awards (AGBA) for Innovation, supported by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to drive growth across nominations, sponsorships, delegations, and exhibition sales, while promoting key AGBA offerings like the Innovation Star Certification and Innovation Index.This role will expand AGBA’s presence across India, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America, engaging CXOs, innovators, startups, academia, and corporates. You'll be the face of AGBA to the global innovation community, showcasing impactful opportunities and positioning AGBA as the leading innovation recognition platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire nomination process, from accepting submissions to the final selection
2. Manage all communication with start-ups, including answering queries and providing updates
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the nomination process
4. Develop and implement nomination timelines and processes to ensure adherence to deadlines
5. Review and evaluate nominations based on predefined criteria
6. Conduct research to identify potential start-ups that could be nominated for the award
7. Maintain a database of all nominations, including nominee details, supporting documents, and selection criteria
8. Ensure all nominations are complete, accurate, and meet the necessary requirements
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the award and encourage nominations.
