About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions including schools, colleges, and universities.
2. Act as a key point of contact to address queries, understand institutional requirements, and ensure service satisfaction.
3. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with institutional stakeholders.
4. Support the onboarding process of new partner institutions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing partnerships and provide regular updates to management.
7. Identify opportunities for expanding collaboration or introducing new services.
8. Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements.
9. Represent the organization at academic events, seminars, and networking functions as needed.
