Key Responsibilities:1. Handling admin payments/petty cash
2. Handling the outward remittance process
3. Liaising with customer service for agent invoices and BLs
4. Liaising with CA for 15CB & with bankers for spot rates, documentation, and swift advice
5. Liaising with OSA for monthly SOA & reconciliations
6. Knowledge of domestic & overseas sales invoices & GST applicability & other statutory compliances
7. Preparing an agreement with OSA
