Are you passionate about legal research and risk mitigation? FPDC GLOBAL is seeking a dynamic Associate Legal Researcher to join our team. As an essential member of our Risk Mitigation & Legal Services division, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects.Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth legal research using various resources and databases
2. Assist in drafting legal documents, reports, and memos
3. Analyze and summarize complex legal issues for senior attorneys
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and guidance
5. Maintain and organize legal files and documents for easy retrieval
6. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on legal matters
7. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to support decision-making processes
Required skills:
Proficiency in MS-Word and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
