About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan and manage the development, design, and manufacturing of new products.
2. Build and test diamond tools and prototypes in compliance with industry standards.
3. Coordinate and oversee sourcing and purchasing activities with both existing and new vendors/suppliers.
4. Work with various teams to troubleshoot and improve existing products, enhancing their performance and quality.
5. Collaborate closely with production and manufacturing teams to facilitate the introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.
