Key Responsibilities:1. Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach
2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
3. Act as a liaison between clients and candidates to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
4. Maintain and update candidate databases ensuring all records are accurate and current
5. Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the hiring process
6. Collaborate with senior recruitment specialists to refine and implement recruitment strategies for various roles
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process
