Key responsibilities:1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
2. Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
3. Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
6. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
7. Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates.
8. Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.
9. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
