About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Provide operational, technical, and administrative support to a team of web developers and data scientists to streamline communication, manage agile workflows, track deliverables, and optimize tech-driven project delivery.
2. Coordinate team activities.
3. Schedule stand-ups, sprints, and code reviews.
4. Maintain agile boards using tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion.
5. Track deliverables and circulate status reports.
6. Prepare meeting minutes and document sprint retrospectives.
7. Update project documentation and manage task lists.
8. Support demo sessions and technical presentations.
9. Manage team communication across Slack, WhatsApp, and email.
10. Act as a liaison between developers, QA, and stakeholders.
11. Follow up on deadlines and assigned tasks.
12. Coordinate onboarding, leave records, and manage team calendars.
13. Organize training sessions, events, and hackathons.
14. Recommend process improvements to boost productivity.
15. Implement digital workflow automations where possible.

Note: Our core tech stack and tools span multiple domains to support efficient project execution and collaboration. For project management, we use Jira, Trello, and Notion. Team collaboration is facilitated through Slack, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and Zoom. Documentation is maintained using Confluence, Google Docs, Notion, and MS Office. For automation, we use Zapier, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, n8n, Pipedream, Lovable, and Bolt. Reporting and dashboarding are managed using Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau.
