Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to leads and prospective clients.
2. Explain digital marketing services (Social Media, SEO, Website, GMB, Ads) clearly.
3. Fix appointments and schedule follow-up calls for the sales team.
4. Maintain a database of calls made and responses received.
5. Follow up with interested leads over the phone or WhatsApp.
6. Share service brochures, videos, or proposals with prospects as directed.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to support client acquisition goals.
